Newsvine is still in private beta (although if you can find a member you can ask for an invite) but it should go public in the next couple of weeks. It's a news site that claims to publish AP news and ESPN sports stories faster than any other, but it's also a place where people can create free newsblogs and reap 90% of the revenue their pages generate. They call it a place where "anyone can come to read, write, or influence the news." We were very impressed.
